Those projects of the past are no longer going to serve us. Let's move forward. Congratulations to the Minister for creating jobs, no matter how big or small, it's a beginning.

imagine if $5 MILLION WAS INVESTED in 25 agric projects across the region for them. 4 graduates will each work together on a $20000 farm to make the investment a success and repay the loan in a few years.
that is the best form of extension, demonstration farms will serve as a model for farmers in each catchment area to develop their skills, this current approach reeks of intellectual laziness.
