  English is just a language like Ga or Twi and not a function of intelligence and smartness. Education is for problem solving, therefore, if our leaders can not solve our own problems as leaders then they are not educated but mere English language learners> they Just learn how to speak and use English vocabularies without understanding them. They are fond of cliches like:
  1. I can assure you
  2. We have put measures in place.
  3. We are effectively and efficiently
  4. It is in a pipeline
  5. Free and fair
  Our leaders behave like a medical 'doctor' who diagnose a sickness but can not cure it. What is the worth in that?
