  EVERYONE KNOWS there is corruption so why not set up a govt group that people can write anonymously then investigate then when found out CHARGED if serious PRISON put some little people and big people in prison and it will slow down ...you will never stop as it happens all over the world but let's start show africa show the world Ghana is good Ghana is not corrupt ...I hope all these corrupt contracts of NFC are revised

  It requires certain Special TALENTS and SKILL SET. It is DRIVEN by PASSION for the JOB and a Good Background in BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING and LAW.
  
  You see, Because it is NOT an EXACT SCIENCE, it operates more like a MOVING TARGET. Hitting it may require that certain things are done differently at different times and in Different areas.
  
  The Tax Law works best when its primary import, which is to MANIPULATE HUMAN BEHAVIOUR, is pursued in its application.
  
  Fortunately, Ghana has an IMPORT DEPENDENT ECONOMY with 90% or more of Imports coming through PORT ENCLAVES, which can be secured to PREVENT Smuggling therefrom.
  
  What is needed is that DEMONSTRABLE LEADERSHIP, TESTED and PROVEN to Manage the Processes of Revenue Mobilization.
  
  This is a NATIONAL ISSUE and the President must be prepared to GO OUTSIDE the PARTY to seek the INVOLVEMENT of Non-Party people who CAN and are PREPARED to HELP.
  
  NII ADJEI OKAI brought the needed SKILL SET and TALENTS to the Post of COMMISSIONER of CUSTOMS and the results were amazing. The IMF and the World Bank and Transparency International will confirm this.

  True! Corrupt staff at the likes of DVLA, State Housing, Lands Department survive on bribes. Well meaning Ghanaians who refuse to go down this route are 'punished' through unnecessary delays.
