DO NOT LIMIT YOUR RESEARCH TO BANKS ONLY. EXTEND TO GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND YOU WILL FIND IT MUCH WORSE. EVEN IF YOU WRITE TO THEM, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. IT IS DEPLORABLE TO COOMUNICATE WITH GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS IN GHANA.
