  Let's begin from somewhere. There's nothing that forbids fixing what is wrong with the system while in implementation. Let's stop the talking Ghanaians are so used to, and do something. The issued raised by the farmers Association can be resolved with little commitment. There's no need to delay a whole project because of some as minor!
