NDC is saying the bond lacks "transparency" and it bestows on Bawumia and the Finance Minister to clarify the deal.Lack of transparency breeds of corruption.It seems that Bawumia is more ignorant than the Miniority in parliament.They were also voted into parliament to check transparency in govt business.You can't say somebody is ingorant when asked a legitimate question.Bawumia himself doesn't know everything in the world so can I say he is ignorant?Don't worry be happy.

Since time imemorial NDC members had been advised to read and understand issues but they wouldn't take it.That is why they are TARGED IGNORANT PEOPLE.Now they are not in the Government otherwise they will have been called INCOMPITENT PEOPLE.
