I stopped taking British Airways for over 2 years now because they have no respect for Ghanaians. They offer Nigerians 80kg but Ghanaians only 50kg. Why is that so?

The reasons BA wouldn't give services everywhere they fly to are obvious. While their flagship First Class & Business Class compartments are always overbooked in both Nigeria and South Africa, BA leaves Accra destination with both Classes virtually empty. Certainly flying to Accra is not enough good business for BA unlike Nigeria where they fly daily to 3 destinations of Lagos, Abuja & Kano fully booked. Ghana cannot compare these routes with that in Ghana cos of the Ghanaian characteristic miserly approach to doing everything in this country yet, you want the best just for talking and talking; sorry that's nor the language of budiness worldwide unfortunately.

If BA feels it cannot make money out of the London Accra route it should get out. I always use KLM whose staff are proper human beings. I bet you cannot afford 1st class yourself so shut your gob.

This was the reason Ghana Airways, Ghana International Airlines all go OUT OF BUSINESS.

To be successful and operate an airline in Ghana, you have to BEHAVE like BA and DELTA. Wish those guys run our Government!!!

In general, to run any successful business in Ghana, you have to be WICKED & RUTHLESS to relatives and friends and not pity anyone.

1) In Ghana Airways, the Stewardess will not serve you much. They hide the food to sell when they land.
2)People carry HEAVY LOADS (even MIROWAVES) as HAND LUGGAGE.
If you try to stop them they say "Do you know WHO I am? Do you know WHO you are talking to?"

WE ALWAYS REFUSE TO FOLLOW RULES- and seek out favoritism.
