  The container arrived in December, 2016 and nothing was done to secure the contents? What about 24/7 surveillance? What about planting cameras in the container? Some fingerprint setups? Who knows if the previous government official moved the bags from the conainer before the handover in January? Because they were in charge at the time the ship arrived. There are questions to be answered.
