  A smart man would have rejected all the favours from Ameri. Phillip Addison happily accepted the favours and in so doing, compromised himself. This is corruption in any language.

  But,why is NDC so eager to defend the Ameri deal?Is it the case that they will be made to lose their share if the deal is renogotiated?They are making so much noise than Ameri the real investors.Why?

Of all the shady things about this smelly deal, they are talking about trip to Dubai instead of the collosal "kickback" DKD collected to snap this nonsense of a contract. Indeed, NDC was in a hurry to do this stuff so never understood the arithmetics involved as depicted by IMANI. And by the way, is CHRAJ now the lenses to see the committee's work through? Who is that appendage at CHRAJ appointed by Mahama?

  We all heard Lawyer Addison on Adom Otchere's Good Evening Ghana. Only 3 people from the team were given tickets to travel outside the country. Besides, the Ministry of Energy paid their PER DIEM, so what is the NDC up to? And why is NDC defending AMERI is the didn't get a 'kickback' from the deal. Let's wait until the full lid of the pan has been opened, and we'll see who duped our dear country. J U LOR NDC.

  So mr editor, if we get a reduction in the cost and it results in a lower tariff for all consumers, ihope you will still pay the old high tariffs.

  NDC wants to divert issues. You negotiated a bad deal. concentrate on that. Hotels, shopping etc and the verdict is FRAUD. What is compromised here, Oh! NDC. Ghanaians are wiser now.

  When the right question is asked then and there they open up to including vital information for public to know the criminality involve in the contract.NDC are criminals and thieves that Ghanaians should avoid voting for them.Folks we have not seen nothing yet.We need KARPOWER deal to be investigated since KARPOWER said the agreement was not include transfer of technology but Mahama said the deal was 5 years rent and purchase deal and KARPOWER said due to technology involve after 10 years Ghana loss due to Mahama foolishness so investigate must proceed immediately before we got shock of our lives.

  All the shenanigans about the AMERI deal aside, it is suggestively rather untoward to accept such hospitality from an entity one is supposedly to investigate a thorny contract issue with. It smirks of child play, not according requisite seriousness to such a huge national rip-off.
  
  Does Addison and team know what 150million dollars can do for schools under trees or the our women who are dying in child birth and the many other suffering and pain of our people?
  
  Without pandering to the NDC criminal intent and mischief, NPP members and supporters must not be turning a blind eye or downplay such seemly impropriety and unprofessionalism.
  
  Is early days yet for Ghanaians to regrettably moan that all politicians are "duka yada"
  
  The victory in 2016 was a believe that there would be no room nor tolerance for even a whiff of corruption in an Akuffo Addo govt.
  
  Please ministers and apparatchiks give our people some hope that it is possible to do things differently.
  
  And in any case did we really need a 17 member delegation plus the brother of the energy minister to go investigate this deal?
  
  Please stop under estimating the intelligence of the people, hmmm mmmm

  What's the motivation for this article, THE POWER DEAL BY AMERI AND NDC GOVERNMENT OR ADDISON?
  Where does our allegiance lie? Ghana or a Political Party?
  Our Journalism seems shortsighted and never seem to think about the impact some of our actions would have in the next 100yrs all because we are focused about what we would benefit today and not what our great great great grandchildren stand to benefit with the actions we take today.
  When would our journalism turn OBJECTIVE AND NOT SUBJECTIVE?
  When can we easily not TAG an ARTICLES TO A POLITICAL AFFILIATE?
  If ethically Addison has faulted then shame on him but should it really be the HEADLINE to shift focus?
