ANY ATTEMPT TO CAP INTEREST RATES WILL PAINFULLY BACKFIRE BECAUSE PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS/BUYERS IN THE HIGH INTEREST RATE MARKET USING NEW INNOCUOUS BLACK MARKET STYLE LENDING STRATEGIES; ENTREPRENEURS HAVE SMARTER BUSINESS IQs THAN POLITICIANS & LABOUR UNION LEADERS. THE CUSTOMERS/BUYERS DEMANDING LOWER INTEREST RATES BELOW MARKET PRICES WILL WAIT IN A LONG TIMELESS QUEUE; JUST ASK VENEZUELANS!!!

This TUC recommendation, is a very bad idea! I can guarantee you that capital will dry up if interest rates are capped. The existing situation is bad enough. It will get worse if the TUC idea is implemented.
