  It is important to commend Dr Mensa's suggestion/comment to bring such challenge to the Government to acknowledge. Using the Banking institution as an example for the need of Ombudsman adjudication frame work is paramount. However, I suggest that the whole financial institution and not only the banks require to be guided with that frame work. Looking into the powerful legacy the Vice President left behind as Governor of Bank of Ghana, the current Government is now better positioned to bring such elements of policies into their finance restructuring frame work. If I am a foreign investor, for example, Government financial Authorities under the economic framework shall encourage people to do business in Ghana. And I believe the Economic Planning Management headed by the Vice President and with his dynamism can secure the establishment of the ombudsman institution.
