  Mr tempest, you are a semi-literate stupid fool who does not know what is happening around him. Do you know that there are terminals that cost as much as one billion dollars to build? For you empty-headed ignoramuses in Ghana who only know how to 'follow' political parties blindly without reasoning, everything about money is corruption. You do not know how the funding was sourced and from where it came, how the project is being executed and on what terms relative to the funding, what the payment terms are, and all you open your dirty, smelly mouth to shout is 'OVER-BLOATED". Perhaps you and your NPP party would have said that the money earmarked for the so-called Planting For Food and Jobs (PFFJ) programme was over-bloated if you had not conveniently stolen the programme and changed its name from MAPLE, which was what the NDC christened it when they sourced the money from the Canadian government for it. Shamelessly, this thieving NPP plagiarist, lying and deceptive government says that the PFFJ programme is their Flagship programme. Something they had no clue about; something whose genesis they knew nothing about; something they came and met prepared by "incompetent" people; Now it is the Flagship programme of a supposedly "competent" people who have since coming into government, never initiated any major thing on their own, but go round plagiarizing, stealing and claiming glory from the the toils of others. Shameless goons!!!

I am a practicing Quantity Surveyor involved in tons of projects and there is no reason to spend this amount on a terminal. I will volunteer to check and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)and all the bids to analyze this contract for free for the government. I promise this will save Ghana 50% or more of this amount. This is a rip off. $274m can build a whole new airport.

Also remember this project employs Ghanains so that is another advantage. Once it is finished it will provide employment. Once the airport is completed it has the potential of making Accra a transit hub in West Africa.....nobody should expect it to come for free.
