  I am quite sure they could have given us a better chairman.We need a professionally trained manager without controversies who can develop Goil.We want to see more Goil stations in Ghana and West Africa than Shell Stations and I don't believe Bartels is the man for such a task.But..I have been wrong before so I will pray that he proofs me wrong as Ministers Ofori and Amewu did.
