There is absolutely no excuse or support for the government to import contractors to build houses for us while we have thousands of contractors and buildinG companies in the country.Come to Kumasi and other parts of the region and see houses that were built over hundred years ago by Ghanaians and tell me that we are not builders.All the appartments must be built by Ghanaians with Ghanaian materials.If necessary we can import some affordable heavy equipments from China and get some technical advise from them but everything else must be indigenous.

It is no secret that our local contractors are bad. They do very bad work.They cut corners and do not adhere standards. The public end up fixing the same facilities over and over. Would you like yor own money to be spent like ...
