  MASLOC will never succeed because it lack a key business advisory support. These borrowers do not present business plans, just like the mainstream banks. There are no business advisors in Ghana to provide monitoring and hand holding support. In in fact, in Ghana there are no professional business advisors. All we have is a battalion of consultants. You cannot support the creation and growth of the SMEs with consulting services. Consulting services are of no use to SMEs. It is time, appropriate support infrastructures to be developed and maintained.
