  Meanwhile, we can barely find any genuine Small or Medium Private Companies that have benefited from the funds.
  
  While such Institutions are created with the best of intentions, their managements do almost nothing to ensure those intentions are fulfilled. The Institutions, then, turn into a pool of financial resources from which the corrupt Government Officials siphon the task-payers' money into their private pockets under dubious representations.
  
  The VCTF must be fully vetted from since 2010 to date, and all stolen monies retrieved with interests, and hefty penalties meted out to the culprits. And let no one cry about Political witch-hunting in any such retrieval process. This is one area Akufo-Addo can solidify his reputation on integrity, and cleansing the Nation of rot.

Not sure if he is still a wanted man here but it is sad that Ghana would appoint a thief and wanted criminal to be in charge of all of these monies. No accountability for anything? Very sad indeed. Could we not have built some new hospitals in every region with this kind of money? How about providing meidicines to poor children and mothers etc? What kind of country is this? I hope that this idiot is whisked to jail and made to atone for his since. It is time to punish the criminals regardless of their affiliation.. be it political or tribal. We have had enough.

  If the subsequent managers can't retrieve the money, they should reappoint Mr Duku to put measures in place to reclaim it
