  1 "identification of a national resource endowment for each district"
  
  I hope it is "natural resource endowment" and not "national...." I am surprise that we do not have this already dusting away somewhere. To compile new documents for each district will involve a lot of money. What have the district planning and coordinating directors been doing all this time? Hmmm! This is just an avenue to chop more money.

  As far as I know each district already have their medium term development plans which include "economic plans". Either the Minister is ignorant of this or he is simply playing games to open the valves for corruption.

  Mr. Minister if you are that "competent" as you claim you should have known that each district already has a medium term development plan.

  It was known from the beginning this wasn't going to come off. Hence this asafo steps. (asafo is a dance of the partially clothed).

If so then the government should take away SAMARTEX TIMBER & plywood to new company , or it should be a state company so that the gluttony money they are getting for their pocket can be use to pay the nation teachers, nurses and many more than three black men chopping the money nyafo nyafo nyafo whilest they are not treating their workers well for the past 22 years why and how NDC company ?
