  We keep talking without punishing any body. Why will the bad guys change if they are not brought to book. The minister should have envisaged this. Simply give the farmers cell phones and send them text message as to where and when to collect their bags of fertilizer.

  What am I hearing. The ministry of agriculture is complicit in the smuggling of fertilizers. Nonsense. And there is a stupid person calling himself minister of Agriculture with how many 'competent' deputies? Have surely taken a fat salary this month and the Regional minister is reporting him indirectly to we the spectators rather, not the leader. Oh Ghana you are truly in Africa, south of the Sahara
