  What this guy is saying must be taken very seriously. We don't and other EU and nationals take the advantage and boost trade and commerce between themselves.Go to Algeria for business or Ethiopia as there are certain things that would improve Ghana. We must not only think of those colonial power as our only focus in commerce.

  The same French people are the ones making it difficult for ECOWAS to work. The French believed West Africa is their playing field to boost their economy. Their former president Mitterand said "without Africa, France would have been a third world nation"
  These leaches and parasites continue to tax the so-called francophone nations for what is called colonial tax of 17% on every CFA spent. Up till now since independence, they're holding over $500 billion in France for these nations of which they do not want to give back to them and use the money to loan back to these "slave nations" with huge interests.
  France and this hypocritical ambassador have no moral standing to be telling us what is wrong with ECOWAS or what we should proceed on to do for our interest when they're the ones putting monkey wrenches in our way to derail us and in some cases create wars of which they turn around to create the impression that they're helping us fight it.( war on terror)
  It's so sad that Africans yet can not read into these devils who play every dirty game to be so relevant in our lives, but what they -the French - are actually doing is to delay us and be the leading policy makers.Policies that work in their favor and to the detriment of our aspirations.
  Our aspirations are totally opposite to these parasites and as long as we think of them as relevant, we gonna have more unemployment of our people.
  
  We want to make the chocolates with our cocoa and not just grow the cocoa, pick it up and dry it and then send it to them while we make 2% of the $100 billion annual sales in chocolate production while they make the 98% of all that money. Are we really serious as people to be clapping for these parasites anytime the tell us anything?
  Ami wise up and wake up and believe in your ability as a black woman and leave these pale people's advice alone. THEY'RE PARASITE SIMPLY AS THAT!!
