  To ensure that Ghana is provided with a truly world-class bleeding edge single window e-platform at its ports, it is vital that both GCNet and West Blue bid in an open tender with other companies from around the world (all with Ghanaian partners in joint-venture partnerships) in transparent fashion for the sinlge-window-provider contract.
  
  It is obvious that there is an attempt to give the contract to GCNet - which is what some in the NPP have set their hearts on apparently.
  
  But as a people we must stop allowing governments of the day from picking private-sector winners and handing them monopolies in return for kickbacks and funding of election campaigns. Haaba.
