  Ghanaians have no respect for RULES. Our authorities are so bribed up that the citizens do not respect them. Commands, warning signs per construction or awareness is DISREGARDED by Ghanaians.

  Ghanaians have no respect for RULES. Our authorities are so bribed up that the citizens do not respect them. Commands, warning signs per construction or awareness is DISREGARDED by Ghanaians.
  This is why an Inspector to immediately have stopped access to the Mall could not. He feared his boss will undermine his authority. Why? Afraid the boss take bribe to continue work and instead shame him/her.
