  if it is used to fund low cost housing for rent or purchase to bridge the housing deficit. I am looking forward to finding out more details about what type of investment products are on offer. I recall that the Senior Minister & the Works & Housing Minister, talked about their wish to establish a new Construction Bank during their Vetting by the Parliamentary Select Committee & have backed up their words with action.

  We hope this time it will work.We had the Bank For Housing and Reconstruction before but never performed and folded up.
