  Everything USAID gives is NOT free. They have employed a lot of young college graduates who act as if they love and care about Africa but it's all about representing big American companies to get their poisons into Africa.

  Where is the Ministry of Agriculture in this laudable endeavor? The government itself must be interested to help the system succeed. Feeding of students in institutions throughout Ghana on a daily basis, for the school periods, cannot be considered a small matter. Huge quantities of food and rice comes easy. This would be accepted by all in feeding large numbers
