If there has been a time for farmers to produce abundant food in the country, it is now. Whether one is pepper, okro or onion farmer. The opportunity to sell their farm produce is much greater. Considering the goverment feeding programme that will come on stream in September this year. Whereas small holder farms are needful and must be helped, government must pay attention to big time commercial farmers as well. They would be most likely to revolutionize agricultural practice the way the government has envisioned.

WHAT IS EVN DISTURBING IS,MANY OF THESE FOLKS DO HOLD DEGREES IN AGICULURE ECONOMICS, FAILING TO KNOW,THE SO CALLED SECTOR HAS NO AGRICULTURAL PROCUCTIVITY THAT CAN STIMULATE AGRO INDUSTRIESA, IN THE PROCESSING AND TO MEET AGRICUTURAL PRODUCTIVITY IN THE COUNTRY.

IT IS INDEED A PIIY THE SO CALLED EDUCATED HAVE STILL NO IDEA ON HOW THE NATION CAN OVERCOME ITS AGRICULTURAL INPUT AND OUTPUT TO MEET THE NUTRTION NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY.

ARE WE NOT STILL BACKWARD IN THE KNOWLEDGE FAILIN TO MEET TH NUTRITIONAL NREEDS OF THE PEOPLE IN GHANA.

A VICIOUS CIRCLE.

IT IS JUST LIKE BUILDING A MODERN FACTORY AND HANDING IT OVER TO UNSKILLED LABOURERS TO RUN IT.
