If you want growth then bring efficiency of processes and stop the total mess and bureaucracy and frustrations that manufacturers face at Ghana Customs just to clear raw materials. People in their blue uniforms think their work is to delay and frustrate for no reason to show their power and to try and force bribe to process the paperwork that they should be doing with efficiency. The process is sickening and you should wake up. It is causing untold hardship and extra cost at the port for no valid or reasonable reason.

The remaining half will go to the pockets of their girl friends. If you say NDC did nothing good then you are a stranger in Ghana. Even Nana Ado has now admitted he can not match Mahama achievement on infrastructure.

You have the natural resources but you don't have effective human reources and you don't have the money too.The basic thing is to build strong work force,a pool of administrative and technical team.The 1 District 1 factory will need qualified workers and efficient employment process.The Gold Coast Labour Offices system is not operational these days.The govt must build many Employment Centres in all the constituencies to register the unemployees.From there you can train them to suit factory employment.When workers get Professional orientations they perform better.They learn about standards,norms,high quality and security.Besides they become operational technically and economically.Human Resouces is the key to progress.Thank you.
