  What about Data Protection Act and what are these Institutions to do? Where are they to go to fulfill this act?

  I have a company too and very compliant with the data protection act . These companies arevery aware of the act and their responsibility. What is killing us is sheer disrespect for the laws in the country and abuse of custo ...

  I have a company too and very compliant with the data protection act . These companies arevery aware of the act and their responsibility. What is killing us is sheer disrespect for the laws in the country and abuse of customer information. I believe there has been numerous publications on data protection among other conferences. These companies should commit to due diligence and stop taking advantage of their customers information. We are suffering from information abuse considering that we also uses the services of these companies one way of the other.
  They should man up and take responsibility and stop hiding behind lack of education. They are very well informed
