I bet you this institution wouldn't have published the names of these organizations if they had commuted something serious and shameful. Whom do you Ghanaians think you are fooling. Stop the window dressing naming and shaming. I hope you name and she the officials who issued that Nigerian criminal with a Ghanaian passport.

  Where has this Commission been hiding all these years, and where is their head office in Accra? Do they have offices in the regional capitals? How and when are institutions supposed to register with them? How much do they charge for registering an institution? How about government agencies and institutions who also collect information from individuals? Please educate the public about your existence and activities before you start talking about sanctions.

  The list put out there by the Data protection Agency is outdated, organisations and entities that have folded up several years and do not exist dominated their list, they should do a proper job with the tax payers money.
