hmm, very funny but l don't know how a state institution can prosecute another state institution, when both institutions have the AG as their legal counsel. e.g Korle Bu Teaching Hospital to be prosecuted by Data Commission.

First of all, the DPC has not provided the implementation framework so how can they prosecute anyone?

First of all, the DPC has not provided the implementation framework so how can they prosecute anyone?
Secondly, the DPC is responsible for investigating and fining companies, not the courts.
Thirdly, until a company has been investigated and fined, confidentiality applies - which means their names should not be made public. This naming-and-shaming and is unhelpful and unprofessional.
