    Good move from an astute economist and a proven money manager. But we still have to tap into the process started by the previous NPP administration. That was aimed at opening Ghana up as a destination for off shore banking.

    But what Kojo is saying is that, the support must go beyond just looking diasporan money and yet denying them of other areas in which they can make contributions.

    You are absolutely right. It's long over due for the diaspora to start investing properly and to also receive good returns. It's a win win situation for bother the Government and for the individual.
