The current so-called CEO is ill-educated to conduct the business of the board and I'm surprised why nobody is talking about it. Folks let's us speak up! Hackman is acting as the defacto CEO. It's very clear to those who want to see it.

  You cannot achieve the 1m tons without increasing the workers salary and planning to sack contract workers of SPD come October. Seedlings and Cocoa seed pods are given to farmers for free so how do you expect to make profit and then later say that SPD is not making profit, for that matter want to slash their budget to about 1/3 outrageous.Nana Akuffo Addo should be very careful about some people he has put in high position if not they will cause his downfall as Kennedy Agyapong has started making wild allegations he must listen to him.He must not allow anyone to lay off any contract staff in SPD if not it will spell doom for the party come 2020. A word to the wise is enough.

  Ghana should do well to control the use of fertilizer in order not to degrade the quality of our cocoa. We should do all in our power to maintain our status as the best cocoa producing country in the world, rather than the biggest producer on the world market. For sure, modern and scientific method will help a lot, focus should be quality beans instead of quantity. 1 Million metric tonnes target is a welcome news!
