  If every toen have a community library then our children could spend Saturdays morning in Libraries reading . Also if Librarians set a token collection in Libraries when pupils bring back books and set a spelling challenge in ...

  If every toen have a community library then our children could spend Saturdays morning in Libraries reading . Also if Librarians set a token collection in Libraries when pupils bring back books and set a spelling challenge in community and the best pupil gets a prize arrange with MTN or Vodaphone this alone would boost reading in many towns and villages.
