  What stupidity. Arrears since 2010 and now a new government comes into power they are giving them ultimatum. Where were they since 2010? Instead of sitting down with government to resolve this and get it paid gradually up to date, they are starting off with a hard stance. Had the previous government paid them there wouldn't have been a debt
