  Those who are pushing this cotecna idea should be ashame of themselves. cotecna was in Ghana when our country was robbed of billions of dollars through over invoicing and under invoicing resulting in capital flight ,money laundering etc. lets learn from our past and rather develop the single window system. we should better look at international standards by upgrading our systems to the WCO Data version 3.
