What's all this? Kuffour changed the Senior Secondary school(SSS) to Senior High School (SHS) at a huge cost to schools. Now Nana too has come and he is doing same! Agric programme name was changed as if a new loan has been obtained only for people to find out it was an old programme. Please is the government not confident enough? Why can't they call a spade a spade? Instead of trying to potray the fact they are doing something when we know that all they are doing is selling contaminated oil and taking gigantuan loans.
