  IT IS THE SAME THAT HAPPENED AT KOMENDA FASCTORY. THE FACTORY WAS FIRST BUILT WITHOUT SUGARCANE PLANTATIONS AND CONTRACT SUGAR CANE GROWERS.
  
  DO WE REALLY HAVE WEEL EDUCATED AND INTELLLIGENT PEOPLE TO LEAD THE NATION.
  
  SYDNEY CASELY HAYFORD HAS TO BE CONGRATULATED FOR HIS RIGHT WORDS ON POLITICIANS AND PARLIAMNT IN GHANA.
  
  FORMING COMMITTTEES ON THESE DISTRICT FACTORIES AFTER THE CAMPAIGN MAKES THIS FOLK TO LOOSE HIS CREDIBLITY IN THE EYES OF THE VULNERABLE IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  WHEN PARTIES LIKE NDC AND NPP WHO HAVE NO POLITICAL HISTORY IN THE COUNTRY ARE GIVEN THE MANADATE, THESE ARE THE MANY HEAVY MISTAKES THEY ALWAYS MAKE IN A COUNTRY.
  
  IT IS THEREFORE NECESSARY THAT, THESE TWO NPP AND NPP ARE VOTED OUT OF POWER AND VANISH IN THE POLITICAL LANDSCAPE OF GHANA, OTHERWISE, THE NATION GHANA WILL CONTINUE TO BE RUINED TO ASHES WITHOUT SOUND ECONOMIC PLANNING FOR THE NATION.
  
  THIS CLEARLY INDICATES WHY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN APPOINTED TO POSITIONS IN THE COUNTRY HAVE ALWAYS RUINED AND DESTROYED THE NATION.
  
  ALL THESE LEADERS WOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED ON THEIR FIRST DAY IN OFFICES.

  Just wondering how the committee members were selected?
  
  Was there any public notices or advertisements to select the best brains that each region has to offer?
  
  Were they selected on partisationship or tribal basis?

  The success and sustainability of this programme will depend on the effectiveness of these committees and the extent of public involvement in what they do.
  
  This is a good initiative that must be depoliticised to ensure its sustainability.
  
  I will suggest that each of the 10 Regional Committees be given one or two expert facilitators to lead and guide them.

  I thought Hon. Hawa Koomson promised that by 1 August , 2017 they will do the disbursements. That means all the constituencies will receive the said $1million at the said date. My question is now that these 10 member committee has has been selected to do the survey in each constituency to ascertain their priority areas will the money be still disbursed on the 1 August 2017 and where will the money goes to, the Member of parliament or these ten member committee?
