Even in western economies where majority of ple enjoy high standards of living basic services such as electricity, water, gas etc are provided postpaid. Govt and companies will not dire to introduce prepaid systems on basic utilities. Fools.

That is the best way to revamp ECG, financially. Prepaid will reduce inefficiencies in collection. Speed up the process please. We want better Ghana!

I have been chasing for prepaid meter to replace my credit meter and usual answer, no meters, we will call you if we got some for over eight (8) months now.
