  GIPC has transcended Rawlings, Kufuor, Mills and Mahama. What do you want to change it to. Don't forget there are investment pronotion authorities in almost every country in Africa and they even have an association of which GIPC is a member. Now you want to create a monster that will be short-lived right? Do not forget Ghana International Airlines so soon.
