The manager, the assistant, the front help desk are the downfall of the country. Note: all the paper applications for process to begin a business, building a building, permits, etc. the basic requisites to generate or promote well intended opportunities are stopped or delayed due bribery at the afore mentioned positions and alliances at the ministries..
