  I sincerely do not understand this award. Award based on competition with other commercial Banks in the country, right? So, ADB won this award? Have we forgotten that Agric financing is the core mandate of ADB? The Bank was purposefully established to partner the Agric sec. The Bank would have failed in its mission without fulfilling this mandate. Why turnaround to award in a competition? All the national Banks had different mandates by Nkrumah.
