A good database of the industry players will help track such defaulting participants.
Presently most tenders don't accept insurance guarantee because of the above reason.
The government should speed up the national ID and data system as it will go a long to serve as oxygen especially for start ups
Good delivery.

Most times the ordinary unprofessional Ghanaian in area of construction can punch many holes in some works done especially in the road sector. Typical example is Ashaiman roundabout road through Lashibi under bridge to Nungua, is constructed or still under construction with no bus stops or signs of bus stops. The worse of all is from Lashibi under bridge to gas just before the traffic light at Sakumono estate junction whilst football field size of land is left in the middle of the road.
I seek to know if this, which to some of us laymen do not appreciate is a new technology or is a technical issue which can not be altered?
If this shortfalls as I would put it as a layman is resulting due to some of the bottlenecks as mentioned in the bidding process, then it's just fair to ammend such acts, policies or directives that established them to allow for more efficiency in the construction sector especially the road sector. Else I forget drainage construction along these roads and others especially at water log areas are nothing to write home about, patches on a concrete motorway are done with chippings and coal it amazes me but may it's because I am a layman.
