  It's only by a careful taking of stock of the resources of this big, old Continent that it can truly see her way forward.
  
  Again,my congratulations on a visionary idea, and I couldn't be much prouder than to see my own daughter participating in this year's festival.

  Honestly, there is nothing better again about PANAFEST. According to this story, PANAFEST 2017 event started on the 2nd of July. Really? So what has been happening from then till now?
  
  I have been in Cape Coast, and I can tell you on authority that majority of the people in cape coast don't know about the event. Radio advert just started the week the programmes in cape coast and Elmira started.
  
  Today the 26th of July, a theatre program at the centre for national culture in cape coast, had to be cancelled. A program at the cape coast stadium received poor audience turn out.
  
  The state should consider reviving PANAFEST and stop the rhetorics. PANAFEST is not making any impact since the establishment of the PANAFEST foundation. I think it is one of the biggest mistakes government committed at the time.
  
  Honourable Minister, open eyes and be committed to transforming this festival for the better. Check the rate at which the attendance of the international community is dwindling.
