Bismark Yeboah is in police custody as investigations continue
Bismark Yeboah, a 20-year-old Community Police Assistant, has been arrested after being involved in the beating of a patient at the Akoti Health Centre.
The victim, Kenneth Yaw Buabeng, was receiving treatment for cutlass injuries when he was attacked by Yeboah and about ten other young men.
The assault was so severe that Buabeng lost consciousness during the attack.
According to police reports, Buabeng, despite his injuries, is being described as the aggressor.
He is said to have started the altercation by attacking the family of one Daniel, who also sustained serious cutlass wounds during the incident.
Both Bismark Yeboah and Kenneth Buabeng have been arrested and are in police custody as investigations continue into the violent incident.
