The office of the Takoradi District Police Commander, Supt. Emmanuel Amoah has been burgled.
The robbers made away with his laptop, a flat-screen TV and an unspecified amount of money.
The burglars removed the louvre blades of the window to the commander’s office to gain access.
A local journalist Emmanuel Ohene Gyan of Empire FM said he saw loose cables believed to have been connected to the stolen TV, hanging on the wall when he visited the command on Monday.
An investigation has been launched into the matter.
