The judiciary system needs an overhaul. They can learn from DVLA and set up expedite courts which could charge high fees but finish a case on Time.

If I who is a commoner did this by now I would have been rotten in my grave. The evidence is clear. A child under 18 years stole a bunch of plantain he was jailed within six weeks but see this case.
