We all remember evangelist Oduro who used to preach in passenger cars was living there for free when the Borga was alive, after he died this wicked Ewe police woman evicted his wife and the children out from the building. There’s another one in accra, currently retired and doubles as Imam who has shamelessly occupied a land sold to him by Landguards. I can’t wait to see him removed in the short term. Commissioner willfully committed this humongous fraud and forgery but all the superior court of the land will do is to revert his overt action and award cost against him when this criminal had prosecuted offenders of lesser crimes and in most cases, innocent ones who just refused to pay huge bribes . Again, so painfully, some have completed their sentences while others are still in prison. What at all is wrong with this country called Ghana? Will someone do the needful in this circumstance. It is too unconscionable to say the least and big minus to the judiciary. Neither freedom nor justice. Very sad day.

Our legal system is an adversarial one not an inquisitive one. So the duty of the judges is to be an impartial arbiters of the case between two adversaries before them. It is hardly the case that Ghanaian judges (other common law jurisdictions) go the extra mile to look for the truth (inquisitive) apart from family law where the interests of children is considered more important than the two fighting partners.

He needs to take serious disciplinary action against this fraudulent police officer. Is he not the same lawyer who was briefly incarcerated for shouting at the CJ?
