It is the duty of the attorney general to look further into the possible and glaring fraudulent act of the senior police officer not the court .
The true owner of the property also should pursue fraud case against the policeman, his ex-girlfriend and anyone in the Lands Commission who is found to have assisted them.

Appears that many GPS prosecutors are OK with abusing their legal experience financed by the state for selfish gain. Why are GPS prosecutors allowed to practice as private lawyers at same time as serving police officers??
This is extremely shameful for a serving Snr Police officer to go this length to acquire a property fraudulently.
