  If Cecilia Dapaah cannot account for the source of this money then the accused persons must be freed
  The person to be prosecuted is Cecilia Dapaah and not those who stole her ill gotten money . The spotlight should be on the minister of state and not the house maid and her accomplices. A thief stealing from a fellow thief is not a big deal . The only difference is one happens to be a government appointee while the others are commoners which makes the latter the real thieves.
  Ghanaians want to know why Cecilia Dapaah is not being prosecuted?
