  If because there is random petty crime in the Kasoa area, you liken its inhabitants to that of animals, then what would you say about those areas like East Legon, Djorwulu, Airport areas, Accra Central etc where murders, assassinations and free for all looting of state funds are organized by their inhabitants? What would you also say about the political Parties and some state institutions whose members freely engage in the above crimes on a grand scale without any remorse?
