  I remember of a similar case Police investigated at Ada and forwarded the fake currency to Bank of Ghana for vetting. Simultaneously Police put the accused before the magistrate court ostensibly to either get him remanded or ...

  I remember of a similar case Police investigated at Ada and forwarded the fake currency to Bank of Ghana for vetting. Simultaneously Police put the accused before the magistrate court ostensibly to either get him remanded or granted bail but the Magistrate who had no judicial power to try the case fined him and he paid meanwhile, the vetting result had not been received.
