His sentence of 6 months is too light with regards to the damage done to a national property. It is just fortunate that there were no lives lost in the accident. Infact this is no accident. THERE WAS NO DEMONSTRATION, NEITHER WAS THERE ANY VIGIL, GHANAWEB COOKED UP THOSE FLIMSY VIGIL PICTURES!  WE HAVE DONE THOROUGH INVESTIGATIONS IN MARKET BUT NO ONE IN THE MARKET SAW THAT STAGED VIGIL!  

WHY IS THE NDC SO WICKED? WHY THIS SABOTAGE? THE NDC PEOPLE ARE SO UNPATRIOTIC, GHANAIANS SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL NOT GIVE NDC ANY OPPORTUNITY!   Yes, the NDC criminal party and their appendage journalists are the bane of Ghana right now, okay? Look at what Ghanaweb did yesterday. Ghanaweb reported on Thursday that the Kajetia market has been under Dumsor for sometime, and that some of the traders have embarked on a night vigil.   But it turned out that Ghanaweb which is known to be another NDC appendage was being mischievous in that report. This is what happened.   1.The Kajetia is not under any Dumsor. Ghanaians should  be aware of that.   2. The power cut ( Dumsor) that’s been going on at the Kajetia Market is a mass disconnection exercise undertaken by the Electricity Company of Ghana.   3. It turned out that the Kajetia Market has less than 10 reading meters for the entire 10,000+
shops. Because of that sharing the bills to the traders has become a daunting task. Some of the traders have purposefully taken advantage of the situation and have become recalcitrant by defaulting on their payments. So the rest of the retailers and traders in market have also decided not to pay the bills and allow some few deadbeats among them to enjoy the services free of charge. That’s the cause of the problem, and as I’m writing this comment right now, the leaders of various floors or trade groups in the market have embarked on mass collection exercises by threatening to eject the deadbeat members or traders who refuse to pay their bills.   Last night I was informed that there has been some progress and that they have been able to collect some amount of money with which they intend to present to the ECG and iron out a deal with them to restore power back to the market : latest by this afternoon, though there’s still several hundreds of thousands, or perhaps millions of Cedis that are yet to be collected from some of the traders.   Now I expect Ghanaweb and those few NDC wicked entities who staged that seemingly fake demonstration or vigil to come out and deny my revelation! God Bless President Akuffo-Addo and Bawumia because some Ghanaians are very destructive. I SHALL RETURN!

it is clear the contractor did not take into consideration- how vehicles could cross the rail lines safely.
Judges in this country need proper understanding of the emerging issues and must use the opportunity to do depth analysis to pronounce a judgement and directives that could help the nation to develop.
If I am the presiding judge -
1.All those officer who were testing the Train would be call to answer questions as to if proper way of doing the Test were followed.

2. The contractor and the engineer must also answer some questions as to why they ignored the junctions for other users to cross the the Rail line and why there is no guided or unguided signal post?
I WANT TO ASK THEJUDGE- as to what shows or indicate to the driver that ,stoping , or waiting at that particular crossing is prohibited ?
There must be a signpost, if there is no signpost
charging the driver with these counts as neither here nor there and it doesn't backed with any infringement of any law.
so to sentence the driver is miscarriage of justice.
The court must release him. and direct the contractor to do the needful .
