Did this woman do any due diligence . You don't just carry £148k to someone not unless you have greed in your eyes so can't see properly. Such people should be investigated too.

One sad thing about the judiciary system in Ghana is enforcement. Victims go through hell including avoidable extra judiciary troubles to get rulings enforced. The flagrant disregard for the law courts even by persons like the police is mind blowing. It will be a great idea if the CJ sets up a unit specifically to deal with execution and enforcement.

If the attorney get involves, the Ghanaian pensioners must sue the government for fraudulent. In addition civil service worker must also move to court, sue government for failure to pay pensions on time.
